Bereavement Support

Grief is a natural process, but it can be devastating. There is support available for you after the death of someone close.

Stevenage South PCN, in partnership with Stevenage Healthy Hub, has established a Bereavement Support Group. Our welcoming space features a dedicated group led by a compassionate bereavement support worker. We invite you to join us for a comforting chat over tea and biscuits. All age groups are welcome to find solace and support during these tough times. For more details, please click here.
